Well, if that's not the universal preggo sign (resting your hands on your belly), I don't know what is. I'd have to say that I'm 100% sure that Kate Moss is expecting, or that she has one heck of a beer bloat. 

The happy couple will probably be expecting baby no.2, well, for Kate, and baby no.1 with Kate for BF Jamie Hince. The two were spotted vacationing in Phuket, Thailand on the weekend.

I wonder if Kate's daughter Lila Grace will get a little brother or a little sister?
