em, I think it's both! Here's Amy Winehouse arriving @ court with her pops, Mitch Winehouse. I'm so not sure what the outcome will be, but I bet regardless, the other guests who were vacationing in St.Lucia are glad she's left the tropics. 

She definitely looks 100% better, with the tan, and a little weight on. Let's just see how long it will last now that she's back in Camden, London. It's just a matter of time before she gets back in touch with on-again, off-again hubbie Blake Fielder-Civil. Let's face it, he'll be needing cash sometime soon.
