It's Tara Reid!

She was snapped jogging on the beach in Miami yesterday by Splash News photogs. I guess it really doesn't pay off to try some fitness around the paps... too much jiggling in all the wrong places. It's too bad she has some weird shit going on with her physique (cough stomach, too) because she's really pretty and apparently, now a fashion designer!

Apparently, Tara recently spoke about her new clothing line, Mantra:

"Red means love, blue means love, white is peace, black means protection. So when you wear these colors, you might attract love, or green, you'll get lucky tonight. You put the energy out there, that's what the line is all about."

I wonder if Tara got lucky last night? I somehow doubt her "lover du jour" saw her @ the beach earlier that day.
