What does it take to get a smile out of Billy Ray Cyrus... what's with that stupid 'I'm too cool' look always on his face... Not even a smile for his cute pups... even though it would seem he's posing for the cameras? I could be wrong, but I don't know a lot of people who hang idly on the sidewalk while walking their dogs?!
