Avril Lavigne was snapped enjoying the day @ the beach in St.Tropez with friends with a bright pink and orange trucker hat... with some groovy graffiti on the front. It seems like all the celebs are living it up with long summer vacays in France!

She's out more than ever lately... alone, or I should say Avril Lavigne is out with friends more than ever lately but without her husband! The last time I saw Deryck Whibley was here. 

She's still seems to be sporting her ring but rumours have been circulating for quite some time that there is trouble in paradise??? Despite troubles or not, here's Avril 'testing the waters' in Saint Tropez... and by 'testing the waters' I mean trying to touch-up her makeup while riding on a boat in the middle of the sea... Nothing to do with that tall guy standing extremely close who seems to not be Deryck Whibley... again, last seen here.

What's that? You have no idea who this is? It's Avril Lavigne's husband... oh yeah, and the frontman for Sum 41! I have no idea whether they are still together or not, but here's little Whibley arriving at LA International Airport solo.

Keep in mind, neither one has ever confirmed their marital issues, and the Inquirer has been calling it since late 2008... so it must true... just like they called the Brangelina split ;) 

Oh well, let's hope that all is good... even though Whibley was spotted waiting... just waiting... maybe Avril was on her way to pick him up?! At least we know Red Light is getting their equipment back!
